The founder is the core of any developing business. The team must be "A" players.
Vision
Must have an aspirational and focused vision for the company.
Strategic Disruption
Any great company must improve the status quo . . . continuously.
Ability to Execute
"Strategy without execution is hallucination."

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
My Aha! Moment
In 2005, while on the advisory board at Canyon Ranch, I was 'lucky' to find out that I was in the early stages of coronary artery disease...though nobody in my family has had heart disease and I did not have any symptoms.
I became immersed in the science and medicine of such disease, the #1 killer in the western world. I learned 5-10% of the population has my disease and doesn't know it.
In 2013 I had two stents placed in my heart and went plant-based. Since then, my heart disease has reversed. Drugs can't do that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
THE OPPORTUNITY
WHY PLANT-BASED?
An economic
opportunity that is better for your health and the planet
In a nutshell, animal-based diets adversely impact human health and the environment.
The American Heart Association shows 30+% reduction in heart disease with decreased consumption of saturated animal fat (dairy and meat)
"The demand for meat has a multiplier effect of 10. You need 10x as much land, feed and water to produce 1 calorie of meat vs.1 calorie of vegetable or grain."
- Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, former CEO of Nestlé
